Lake Powell overlook

We left Grand Canyon N.P. with a last stop at Desert View. Next stop was Page, shpooping stop. After passing Glen Canyon Dam, we stopped at a swimming place at the lake. Have lunch, enjoy the sun, go swimming, go cliff jumping ... just a lot of fun. Lake Powel was just a relaxing stop, just like sumer holiday. Enjoy it.

We spent our night on Periah Canyon Ranch, a nice little campground just a few driving minutes from Lake Powel in direction to Kanab. This campground is mostly used by Trek groups. Management is prepared for that. Their main building is ready for parties and the nearby restaurant offers a great buffet dinner.
